Can we all agree that life is beautiful, but also really messy and hard to navigate? And the problem with that is that most of us weren’t really taught how to deal with our feelings, the painful experiences we faced, and life’s challenges.
Instead, we’ve likely learned to tell ourselves that “other people have it worse”, that we’re being “dramatic” and “overly sensitive”, to “man up” and “be strong”, or that the issues we face aren’t big enough to warrant therapy sessions.
Well, I’m here to tell you that no matter how big or small your challenges are, there’s space for you here. The space I talk about is one where you can share your world with me and hopefully experience unconditional acceptance, kindness and compassion. It’s a judgment-free zone! I won’t tell you how to live your life, instead I’ll help you make sense of it and as a result help you decide what’s best for you.
I offer a FREE 20-minute consultation, which will give us the opportunity to determine if we’re the right fit for each other. During the consultation you’ll be able to ask any questions you have about me, the way I work, or about the therapy sessions.
You are under no obligation to book sessions with me at the end of your consultation, as I encourage you to reflect and take time to consider if you feel I am someone you believe could help you and feel comfortable with.
If we start working together after the free consultation my fees per therapy session would be:

Integrative
therapy
I believe that no single theory or approach can treat everybody. This is why I have chosen to work with multiple approaches, each complimenting the other in the therapy process and working harmoniously to allow you to explore every part of your inner self.
Psychodynamic
The foundation of my practice is built upon psychodynamic theories and methods. This involves working with the unconscious, your childhood, attachment styles, and more.
Humanistic
In addition, I implemented aspects of Transactional Analysis, Solution-Focused, Gestalt and Art Therapies. They can provide further invaluable insight and help bring change.
Cognitive-behavioural
The next level of my approach integrates CBT. It can often help challenge negative thinking, and bridge the gap between thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Neuroscience
Our remarkable and mysterious brains hide a lot of secrets which can reduce stigma around mental illness, and provide explanations as to why we do the things we do.
